"Fat
Rat Jacket" is a summer rockabilly short film written
by Arttu Luukkonen and directed by Hanna
Hurri. It tells a story about 17-year-old Raimo and his growth from
a boy to a man. Raimo's mother would like her son to be an honest man, and
Raimo's father wants his son to learn the reality of life by himself.
Michael
worked together with Tuomas Järvensivu (digital
orchestration, mixing, vocal mixing and co-editing) and Timo
Järvensivu (electric guitars and co-composing) to create a classic
rockabilly score combining elements from older and newer rockabilly music.
Finnish
rockabilly band Roadracers are
also appearing in this film with their song "No
